Is there a way to just print in a Gantt Chart style all
the milestones in a project schedule. It can definitely
be done in Primavera.

Have you tried the following:

1. Apply the Gantt Chart view to your project
2. Click Project - Filtered for - Milestones
3. Print your project

Perhaps this will meet your reporting needs.

Can be easily done in Project. Simply filter the view to show
Milestones, then print.
