Using Visual Studio 2008 Prof with Visual Studio Tools for Office to create
an Add-In for MS Project 2003 as a VB.NET (Windows Forms) application.
I start by specifying this will be a Project2003 add-in. I create the
add-in but it will not complie. When I save and reopen the file in VS2008,
it demands I upgrade the solution from a prior version of Visual Studio. It
converts fine but only works in Project 2007, it appears Project2003 does not
even see it.
Any ideas or suggestions as to why that might be happening?
