In the printed report there is a white space under the tasks. Is there any
way of putting information in that white space, like notes etc...

I'm assuming you are talking about the Project Reports as produced by
Project. There is no way AFAIK to edit those reports as I suspect you
are thinking. The reporting engine in Project is relatively simply and
focused on getting output from Project in that way and that way only.

What you could do is output the Reports into Adobe PDF format, and use a
specialised tool to edit the Adobe PDF file to include additional
information.

Hallo Jenny,

for notes to be included in reports:

Menu View-Reports-select report category-click report name-click Edit
....-click Details-check Notes checkbox (for Tasks or Assignments as
applicable).
Then OK and Select to view your report.

There are other details on this page you might include if you wish.
