Microsoft Project converter

I have MS project 2003. I am trying to read a file created in 2007. I
downloaded the coverter file and service pack3. However, I still can't own
the file. Do I need to do something other than just download the file?

Hello Pat,

Did you run any install program needed to update Project 2003 with SP-3?
Did you exit and re-start Project?
