Somebody knows which MDAC contains this provider
Microsoft.Project.OLEDB.11.0?
Exists some installation archive of this provider in MsProject 2003 CD
installation?

The OLEDB provider is on the Project 2003 CD.
It is installed as part of the microsoft Project installation.

Note also that Project 2007 no longer has an oledb provider!@##$! I think
you can download the old 2003 oledb provider and use that provided you save
files in 2003 format.

This is my problem.
As the Project2007 does not supply provider OLEDB, necessary of the Provider
supplied for the Project2003 to be able to include this to provider in the
package of my application.
But I do not know which the installer of Provider OLEDB.11.0 and also I do
not know if some MDAC contains this to provider.

MDAC does not supply this provider. The OLEDB11 provider does not work with
Project 2007. I do not think that there is a redistributable version so I do
not think you can include it in your application.

MDAC does not include Project oledb driver.

You need to search microsoft.com for the download, but note that files must
be saved in 2003 format, so you will lose useful things like Cost Resources.
