MOSS, Creating a View in list

Hi,
I have a problem with project plan, when ever the users are saving
the project plan it's getting stuck in server, In server every time i need to
restart the queue service for that, than only the project is getting saved.
It's happening very frequently, with out restart its not working. Can any
body help me on this issue.

If you are not using Timesheets, then you may be able fix this easily by
saving the project as an mpp file, and then reimporting it to the server
using Import Project to Enterprise after deleting the plan on the server.
