Microsoft Project Professional is unable to connect Microsoft Pro

I have installed Project 2003 Professional Client on my Terminal Server and
using the Enterprise Option in Project client i setup my User name and
Project Server 2003 URL but when connect i get the following error

The server at 'http://msproject/projectserver' returned the following error
to Project.

You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the
credentials that you supplied because your Web browser is sending a
WWW-Authenticate header field that the Web server is not configured to
accept.
