Microsoft Project server encountered a problem with this error code: 9102

I get this message every time I close a template after saving it to
the Project 2002 server. Please help.

"An exception occurred in the Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft
Project server encountered a problem with this error code: 9102.
Please contact your server administrator."
