microsoft project server was unable to process the specified enterprise resource

Can anyone help me with this issue?

cleint is running windows xp with Professional 2002 Pro client trying
to connect to a windows 2003 server running Project server 2003.

Connection tests work fine, but when he launches the client, he gets
the error mentioned above,

I too am having this issue. Accounts that were previously working fine can
no longer launch the client to connect to project server. My only difference
is that the client is Professional 2003.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
