Does any know if it is possible to insert symbols or text
to a network diagram? Thankyou

In the Gantt chart you can add drawings by showing the Drawing Toolbar. In
the Network Diagram, the Drawing icons are greyed out so I suspect you
can't.

No, it's not possible (vs. the gantt Chart)... excepted the Format / Box
itself.
