Microsoft Protocol Host message keeps popping up

EVERYTIME I open Outlook 2007, I get a message that pops up stating:
Microsoft Windows Search Protocol Host has encountered a problem & needs to
close. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something,
the information you were working on might be lost. PLEASE TELL MICROSOFT
ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. We have created an error report that you can send to help
us improve Microsoft Windows Search Protocol Host. We will treat this report
as confidential and anonymous...

As soon as I click on the SEND ERROR REPORT, it pops back up again. I AM NOT
HAPPY WITH THIS.. It has already taken me 15 min to write this because of the
stupid pop up...

How can I get it to STOP for good?
