Publication of ppt Fromat in the Web

Is there any setting in PPT or the Webbrowser that controls how a PPT
presnetaiton is opened initially in the web.

By default PPT presentations open up in demonstration mode. We would
like to achieve that PPT presentations initially open up in edit mode
with the outline bar on the left hand side. By default the
presentation mode is opened and the user has to go to edit/edit slide
to switch to the editing mode with outline view.

Any help is very welcome.
