Microsoft Publisher 2002

I purchased Microsoft Publisher 2002 from techsoup.org an
organization for Non Profits. I am trying to install the
program but I get an error message stating I need version
4.22 of msvcrt40.dll. Where can I get this from? I have
searched and searched.
