microsoft publisher electronic forms using captcha

I am a newbie so please explain in nontech speak, I publish electronic forms
in Publisher and get spammed all the time. Someone suggested I install
captcha. I don't know how to do this. Could someone help me, or direct me to
a help site that would allow me to do this in Publisher?
