If your Office came with Publisher then this implies it was OEM (retail Pro
doesn't come with Publisher). There's no such thing as a "generic key". If
you cannot find the code amongst your documentation then contact your OEM
supplier. MS do not, cannot and will not support OEM installations. All
support including lost codes/media is the responsibility of the OEM.
