Microsoft Query in Excel 2001

Hello. According to the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article
#270078 there is a problem with running Query in Office
2001. Their solution is to install Data Access from the
Value Pack for Office 98. My question is, what if people
don't have office 98 media? Is it possible to download
this required software from their site someplace? I
haven't found it but with Microsoft's site I could have
missed it.

If anyone has any info on this I would appreciate your input.
