Anyone know how to get around this? I cant find any information anywhere ...

When I try to display the properties, it said:
"properties can not be dispayed, because it is not locally installed"

Thanx

You might want to start your story from the beginning and tell us what you
are doing where and in which version of Outlook.

Sorry, that probably would have been best. Basically, 4 people monitor a
group e-mail address. Within that InBox are folders, one for each of the
four of us. If a request comes into the group InBox, it is moved to the
appropriate subfolder for someone to action. Problem is that it does not
notify. Therefore, we wanted to have the message forwarded to the
appropriate persons Default InBox, depending on which subfolder the message
is moved to. Basically, if the message is moved to my subfolder, it will be
forwarded to my InBox also so that I am notified. We could use a script, but
we wanted to look at all of our options, and this one does not seem to want
to let us configure it.

We have Exchange 6.5 and Outlook 2003 SP3.

Thanx
