Microsoft RSS feeds in Outlook 2007?

Hi folks! I susbscribed to a bunch of Microsoft Office RSS feeds back on
December 12th. I've noticed that some of them (although not all) have not
been updated *at all* since I initially subscribed on December 12th.

Is that normal? Are the staff just spotty about blog entries? Or do I have a
glitch somewhere?

Is it possible for you to check if the rss feed it self, have been updated
since?
