Microsoft Script Editor stopped working with Infopath 2003

I'm not sure but I think it stopped working after I installed VS2005. When
I try to start debugging I get "Interface not registered". I checked the kb
article which says this is because web debugging isn't installed in office
2003 under HTML Source Editing but I did a full install, uninstalled Office
2003 and reinstalled. Any other suggestions? The editor comes up, shows the
vbs in the Project Explorer but doesn't show the actual script contents. I
don't get it.
