How do I enable MS Script Editor? I thought it was bundled in Office 2003
but I can't find it. Is there any place I can go to download it?

It's an optional install item, part of 2003 though.

Try inserting the Office CD and rerunning Setup; choose a Custom install and
choose the scripting option (whose name I can't remember at the moment).
