Microsoft Security Update Patches

Have received three update .exe patch files from
Microdoft in last 24 hours My Outlook will not allow
these to be opened.Please advise how to unlock access and
install

Don't try. Outlook is doing it right. It is a virus trying to get into
your computer. Delete the files and do not open and do not try to run the
attached file.

It is NOT from Microsoft. Microsoft does NOT send patches as
attachments to e-mails.

BYW this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try
annexcafe.general.user2user or other news groups for general help.
