Microsoft should allow downloads via browsers other than IE

IE6 is very vulnerable to malicious attack. Netscape is far more secure. IE
is very slow at loading whereas Netscape7.2 is fast. Example- to visit
www.microsoft.com took less than 3 seconds via Netscape but more than 6
seconds using IE.
