Microsoft should develop a vector graphics program

I'd like to encourage Microsoft to develop a vector graphic program that is
more sophisticated than the drawing tool in Office, and that can seamlessly
integrated with all Office programs. I think the vector program will fullfil
the existing features of MS Publisher making the educators (like me) express
ideas as clear diagrams.

Microsoft has created a vector graphics program, it is a beta and it is a large
download, but for now free...
