I get very frustrated with Microsoft changing the look or location (or even
commands) when they create an upgrade to a product. As a developer myself, I
can relate to the developers getting sick of looking at the same old screens
and wanting to implement changes just to keep it interesting. BUT from the
user's perspective, it is frustrating to have to readapt my use EVERY time
there is an upgrade. The colors change, the icons change, the locations of
features change. Even something as simple as the order of folders in the
FOLDER LIST of OUTLOOK. In previous versions, the list was alphabetically
sorted, just like in any other list of folders - now it puts MY mailbox at
the top - seems logical, but is not consistent with how I have been doing it
for YEARS.
If you want to change something, at least continue to give us the option of
using the OLD way if we want to.
