Microsoft should suggest what to do if their advices don't work

I tried to update office 2003 to SP2. It failed. Ms:s advices are to try
again or change regkeys. It doesn't work. So, what do I do ? Live without sp2
in the future, use other programs, or what?

And what is the error that you are getting? Could have phased (" or what") the question of your issue a little more politely
