Microsoft should TEST Visio 2002 service packs (SP-2) BEFORE maki.

After installing SP2 for Visio 2002 on WinXP Pro (with SP2), doing a Save As
with ANY template takes about 2 minutes to complete. It appears to hang but
then finally finishes the save. After that, a standard Save is fine. I closed
all programs and stopped several unnecessary services but the problem still
occurs. This only occurs after Visio SP2 is installed.

From my 2 experiences with Tech Support earlier this year (which was a
complete waste of time), I see no point in contacting them again as they were
completely useless (maybe this should be brought back to America).
