Microsoft Sync (Not Responding)

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

for the last week every time I look in Activity Monitor my computer is at least 85% CPU busy on both core's with "Microsoft Sync (Not Responding)"

I force quit, and later the same day it's back. I have recently started attempting to use Mobil Me but am not sync'ing my Entourage calendars or address books yet.

Any Suggestions?
