Microsoft Translators

At work,I cannot import data into Outlook. The error
message states that MS Translators are not installed.

How do I install them.

If you have the original installation disks you can get the translators from it. You might also be able to get your answer from the microsoft update page, by going to the updates page for the version of Outlook your running and then looking for the current translators
