Microsoft Ultimate - Use on How Many Computers

I am considering buying Microsoft Office Ultimate. I have two computers. Can
I install Ultimate on both computers without breaking the license agreement?

Maybe, maybe not. Retail packages permit installation on your Primary
device(computer) and one Portable device (laptop or like) for the
Exclusive use by the Primary user of the Primary device.
