Microsoft Updates for MacBook Air

Hello!
I am new to Mac and Windows on Mac. I have MacBookAir with 74GB memory. I find that I am receiving updates for my Windows programs that require a lot of disc space to install. I don't think I can allow my Air to have such updates as it will quickly use up all the memory. I would like to take advantage of all the new updates, of course, but I am not sure how I can do that when they all require so much disc space. What should I do? Never update my programs or is there another way to go about this?

When all is said and done the updates really don't add that much to what
you already have. They may be sizable sometimes but a lot of the
update's purpose is to replace old software.

Go ahead and apply the updates and then delete the update installers.
You're not adding nearly as much as you think.

Hope this helps!

i would certainly not recommend running windows without installing all
the updates! The updates are primarily security fixes to remove
vulnerabilities in the OS (or applications) that could be targeted by
malware to take over your machine.

Once installed, the actual space used is minimal (in comparison to the
full windows installation). Please, continue to install ALL the critical
updates, at least.
