Microsoft Vista

I have had an new computer since mid November running Vista. About 2 weeks
ago I lost the ability to access the demo version of an Accounting package I
was using. I've lived with that for the time being.

About 4 evenings ago I sent some e-mail, and using Office Outlook, which I
was not overly familiar with, having used Outlook Express for a number of
years. After sending e-mails I shut computer down. In the morning I
can no longer access Outlook Express. So I will live with that for a few
days, as I can access my e-mail via Outlook Express on my Notebook.

Today, I planned to instal ZoneAlarm, which meant I had to remove McAvee
software, which had been loaded on this machine but not Registered.
Having done the Unistal, I had to reboot. This I did, now I can't get
into Internet Explorer Browser.

Can someone advise me how I can get rid of this studit Vista and instal XP
Professional and Outlook Express.

Sincerely,

Philip M Ward

You need to understand what programs you actually have on your PC.
Vista doesnt use Outlook Express
Your PC may have been supplied with a trial version of Office, if the trial
has expired you need to uninstall the trial - its now of no use to you
There is no point in installing ZoneAlarm, Vista has its own in built
Firewall.
If the McAfee trial has expired uninstall it
You cannot install winxp unless you have a winxp cd
Go buy a book - Vista for dummies or similar, and read the paperwork that
was supplied with your PC
