Microsoft Visual Basic Complience error in hidden module: AutoExe.

Everytime I access a new or existing document a pop up window appears as
follows: Microsoft Visual Basic
Complience error in hidden module: AutoExec

Clicking the OK button allows me into the document. The help information is
unhelpful to me!
I wish to eleminate this pop up window and correct the fault
I am using Windows XP professional
