MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC......THE MACROS ARE DISABLED

I cannot seem to locate that statement,

Several months ago I posted a question about the "Enable Macros" on this web
site.
I got the solution to the problem and we got a new server and my profile
changed and now I don't have what file I used to get rid of that statement .
It had something to do with a file in Office 97..........can someone please
help me.
