Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library: Debug Error

For a few days now and several times a day, Microsoft
Word (Office XP) fails when I try to save a document or
when I want to close the document or exit the
application. Each time I get the same message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library
Debug Error
Program: C:\ProgramFiles\MicrosoftOffice\Office10\
