Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error

Trying to launch PowerPoint 2000 and selecting a blank
Template produces the error:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error

Program C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\PowerPNT.exe

R6025
- pure virtural function call

Closing the error window closes powerpoint. This happens
with all powerpoint apps? Anyone have any ideas
