Microsoft Web Access Outlook

In my old Outlook, when I wanted to send a new message, I
clicked on "TO" and my entire list of contacts was
displayed. That doesn't happen in the Web based Outlook.
Is there a way to do this? Right now, I have to look up
names individually.
