Microsoft Web Services and Project 2003

I have Microsoft Project 2003 and my company uses Microsoft Project Web
Access for which we use to enter our time on particular projects. For some
reason I can not change the date range on the Projecy Web Services screen. It
seems to be something with my local machine as I can log in using someone
elses computer and get access to change the date but when I use my machine I
only see today's date and can't change the date range. I have all access
rights as other, including Admin rights and still not luck- it is definitely
something on my local machine that is causing this issue. Does anyone know of
some setting that I need to set on my computer to allow access?

Hi JLMACK,

This is just a guess, but occasionally the activex controls that Project Web
Access uses become corrupted. You may try opening the Downloaded Program
Files folder ("C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files" on my computer) and delete
the following two files: Pj11enuC Class (for PS2003) or PJ12enuC Class (for
PS2007) AND PjAdoInfo3 (for PS2003) or PjAdoInfo4 Class (for PS2007). Then
log into Project Web Access. The system will download new controls for you
and hopefully your problem will be solved. If that doesn't fix it, post to
the server group Mike refers to. The Project Server gurus hang out there.

HTH,
Crook
