Does Microsoft have a MAC program that is compatible with MS Window
Pub? My office uses Pub extensively and it would be helpful to have
something that is compatible with these documents.

No, there is no version of Publisher or a Publisher Viewer for Mac. This is
Microsoft's official statement:

"We do not plan to develop a Mac version of this product at
this time. If customer demand increases significantly, we will
reevaluate our current plans."

However, there are some ways that you can get your Publisher files to the
Mac, which are described at the URL below. All options there except .mht
should work for getting your files to the Mac.
