Microsoft word 2000 SR-1

I have read a lot of replies from other peoples problems
that talks about renaming Norman.dot...... It seems that
all of these other people have had NO SUCCESS in doing
that procedure----- I found my normal.dot BUT I see no
reason why it would work for me if other people have had
no success either. Any real hard facts that will make this
program work for me again.....

A Word application error is similar to resolving why one gets a
headache. Allergies may be the cause for some and stress may be the
reason for others.

There is no "one cure" for a Word error. If there were then we
wouldn't need this newsgroup.

When you read the replies did you also see the following article
