My laptop computer was sent for repairs, unfortunately
they had to replace the mother board. I cannot access my
microsoft word 2000 program (I have the disk) because it
asks me for product key registration number. I do not
have the original case the sotfware came in, therefore I
have no way of obtaining this 15 digit number. The
program came with the original laptop sotfware. I did
find it in the general tab and it is registered to me. I
called Sony and they told me they could not give me the
15 digit number because of the licensing agreements
between Sony and Microsoft. I have been unable to get a
phone number to Microsoft to ge help in obtaining this
number. What do you recommend I do?
