Microsoft Word 2002/SP3 - error 1040 with Windows Vista Basic

Hello everybody I don't know if someone can help me. I have this new PC with
win vista basi and I installed Office XP prof. First of all I want to tell
you that I'm usin CAT tools (i.e. Trados and Sdlx) and every time I try to
correct something in my word doc the Word crash and I have the following
message:

I tried to look into microsoft but I cannot find the solution to my problem.
I have updated everything, I deselect Smart tag into word options but
nothing. HEEELLLP!

The error report suggests that this is a problem with the Italian proofing
dll and I am sure that I have read that there is an update for it. Why not
post this on the Italian Word Newsgroup where they should have far more
experience of this problem?

Ok I did not understand that I had to ask for HOTFIX directly to Microsoft.
I will do immediately.
