Microsoft Word 2002 (XP Small Business Edition) quits after 15 sec

The explanation page says the problem is with the file hpzntp04.dll.
Uninstalling and reinsattling Microsoft Office XP Small Business Edition and
its three service packages does not solve this problem.

The file is not on this Dell notebook. Help from Q289634 does not solve this
problem.

Do you know if this file comes from an Office or Windows "cab" file and
which one? If so, in what folder is it supposed to be installed.

Also, it affects Publisher and seems to be affecting WordPad and Notepad, too.

That file is a printer driver file for a Hewlett Packard printer. Delete and
reinstall your printer in Start | Control Panel | Printers.
