Microsoft Word 2003 and Acrobat 7

Me

We automate word from C#.NET and we use custom templates. We have a template
and when I open it and author it, save it, it behaves fine. When I exit the
very first time, it complains -

Normal.dot was being edited by another Word session. If you save this
document with the original name, you will overwrite any changes made in the
other session. Do you want to save the document using the original name
anyway?"
-or-
This file is in use by another application or user. (C:\Documents and
Settings\...\Normal.dot)

If I do the same thing second time, it doesn't complain. When I get the
above error, I said 'No'. If I say, 'Yes', is says Normal.dot is read only.

This hapenned only after installing Acrobat 7 and I thought updates will fix
the problem but it didn't. Any ideas?
