Microsoft Word 2003 Performance Issue

Hi,

I have used ANTS Profiling tool to test my application and have found out
how long it takes to create an Interop.Word.ApplicationClass object. Well,
its 15-19 seconds.

15 to 19 seconds is awfully long time for my application to give acceptable
performance. Any thoughts how could one start Microsoft Word 2003 any
quicker.

PS: Also it takes 5 to 6 seconds to Add a document to Application.Documents
collection.
