Microsoft Word 2007 encounters a problem when opening

Since Early Feb Microsoft office 2007 running on Windows XP has been causing
problems when opening Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop.
"Microsoft word etc has encountered a problem and needs to close."

I have removed and reinstalled Office 2007 home student several times.
I have removed all programs which are not used regularly.
I have ran Secure reg and registry easy on the registry setting
I have degraged a number of times.
I have reduced my profile size
I have checked my hardware using Dell diagnostic

All help greatly appreciated
