Microsoft Word 2007 - Labeling

In word 2007, I selected "mailing." Next, I clicked on "label." In label I
selected my label vendor, Avery US letters. Next I selected the product
which is "5160".

The peal off label sheet showed on the screen than I inserted my label
titles. When printing was completed, the labels were misaligned. They were
not centered in the lable but overlapped to the next label below. The whole
sheet was misaligned.

In word 2003, I had no problems with labels. So am I doing wrong in
Word 2007 labeling?

I was kind if confused when you say if I had a PS driver or the PCL driver.
I did talked to the manufacteer (Hewett PAckard) technical help, they seem to
avoid that question. Instead they gave me a weblink that deals with HP
printers receiving erros signatuture message displays on the computer. That
is NOT what I am getting. Sheesh!!.

I did find out if there is any software update for my printer. There is
none, all is up to date. So i am back to square one.
