Microsoft Word 2007 Plug in and IE 7 Browser

Hi,

Has any one report this issue before. If you have Word 2007 open and you
open a word document in IE 7 browser . The document will flash in the task
bar until you click on the document then you would be able to view it. It
doesn't open in a second window if you have Word open. If word is closed and
you open the document from the browser it will open without flashing in the
taskbar. I've looked on some articles and try a couple of tricks but it
didn't help. In case you need to test this on your environment please see the
