Microsoft Word 2007 Status Bar Disappeared

A customer running Microsoft Word 2007 SP1 has contacted me, the status bar
has recently disappeared and she wants to get it back, can anyone help?

R-click the bottom of the window and choose what to have shown.

Thanks for replying Bob but there's nothing to right-click at the bottom of
the Window because the Status Bar is missing.

Humm, is this the result of installing a third party addin or Macro?
Remove add-in or Rename her Normal.dotm file to see if that is the cause.

She hasn't installed any add-ins or used any macros she's aware of. I will
try her Normal.dotm, I want to gather options (things to try when I see her)
from this web site and my other research as I can't charge for continually
going backwards and forwards trying things.
