Microsoft Word and Anonymous window when working with Dual Monitor configuration

Hi,
I'm working with Dual monitor configuration on Word. As
soon as i click on CTRL+F to search for something in the
document a blank gray window opens up on top of existing
word document and then Find window opens up. I can move
around this empty gray window but cannot close it or
minimize it. What is this gray window? and why it only
opens up when i click on find?
