Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)

This just started to happen a few days ago. When I am in the notebook layout and I want to backspace to the beginning of the sentence, it takes me to the previous paragraph/sentence. It is very frustrating and I dont know what to do. Please help!

In order for anyone to really understand what your problem is you'll need to
provide a much more detailed description of the circumstances - there are
just too many possibilities to consider. it may be clear to you, but we
can't see over your shoulder:)

Also - perhaps even more important - why are you *backspacing* "...to the
beginning of the sentence" in the first place? What exactly are you trying
to do?

Yeah I am sorry, it is hard to explain. In notebook I have an outline format, so every time I hit tab it goes to a new outline demote. And when I say "backspace" I am hitting the "delete" button because that is how I am able to go back. So if I tab over and type a sentence, then hit enter, it takes me to a new outline demote. Normally I then hit "delete" button, which backs the outline demote and I can have a normal cursor with no outline demote. But now when I hit "delete" it takes me to the end of the previous sentence, and when I try to click on the word document page to bring the cursor below so I can start typing again, it will not let me. Please let me know if that makes any sense. I know its confusing, if not I guess I will just have to deal with this somehow.

If your using Tab in out line view to get to next position. Try shift-Tab

in almost all Mac applications causes the Cursor to go to previous
position tabbed from

——<tab>——>
<——<shift/tab>——
